El Millonario no iba a sobrevivir en el accidente de auto, pero la mujer que lo salvó lo cambió todo

The millionaire wasn’t going to survive the car accident, but the woman who saved him changed everything.  Before we begin the story, tell us where you are watching this video from.  Valeria Montes gripped the steering wheel of her car tightly as she watched in horror as the luxury black sedan in front of her went out of control.

The tires emitted smoke and the vehicle swerved sharply to the right, as if the driver had completely lost control .  In a matter of seconds it shot off the highway, rolled down a ravine full of rocks and ended up crashing into a group of trees with a dry crash that echoed in the night.  The orange glow appeared immediately.

The flames began to lick the crushed chest, growing rapidly. Most people would have called emergency services and waited for them to arrive, but Valeria wasn’t like most people. He hit the brakes, turned on the hazard lights, and pulled his old Honda over.  He immediately opened the glove compartment, took out a tactical knife he always carried with him, and from the trunk he took out a small fire extinguisher.

With his heart pounding in his chest, he hurried down the slope, slipping among loose stones. The heat of the fire hit his face like a slap as soon as he arrived at the crash site.  Through the shattered windshield, he caught a glimpse of a man slumped over the steering wheel with a trickle of blood running down his forehead.  He wasn’t moving.

Listen!  He screamed, banging hard on the driver’s side window. Nothing. The fire continued to spread, getting closer to the interior.  Valeria didn’t hesitate for a moment.  He took a step back and hit the glass with his elbow.  The glass shattered into pieces, piercing her skin, but she didn’t care.  He reached in, pulled the handle, but the door was completely stuck.

He ran to the passenger side, praying that this one would open.  He pulled the handle and heard the click. The door opened.  “Thank God,” he murmured as he climbed inside.  The smoke already filled the cabin, making his lungs burn. The man was unconscious and breathing with difficulty. His clothes indicated he was someone important; a navy blue suit, now torn and stained with blood.

“She would have been just over 30 years old.”   ” Come on, come on,” he said through gritted teeth as he cut the seatbelt with the knife . The blade slid quickly and in a second the man was free.  Valeria settled under his shoulders and pulled him into the passenger seat. The body weighed more than she imagined, a dead weight that almost defeated her, but she did not stop.

The heat became unbearable. The smell of plastic and burnt rubber filled his nose. He recalled the techniques he had learned years ago when he survived an assault in his apartment. Since then, he trained to stay calm in risky situations.  “You’re not going to die here, not on my watch,” he muttered through gritted teeth as he dragged him out .

He advanced with effort, each step more difficult than the last.  When it reached about 50 meters away from the vehicle, an explosion shook the entire area. The gas tank exploded, releasing a wave of heat and burning fragments.  Valeria threw herself to the ground and covered the man with her own body. The fire scorched the back of his shirt, but the important thing was that they were alive.

For a few seconds they lay there on the ground. Valeria felt the stranger’s chest move beneath her cheek.  He was breathing. Then he groaned softly and opened his eyes dazed, his gaze lost. “Relax,” she said softly, stepping back a little to look at his face.  “She’s okay, she was in an accident, but she’s safe now.”  He blinked several times trying to focus.

Her voice came out barely a whisper. “No, it wasn’t an accident.”  Valeria thought she had misunderstood and leaned forward. As?  “Julian,” the man stammered before letting his head fall back to the ground.  Julian wanted him to die. She didn’t get a chance to ask any more questions because the sirens began to be heard in the distance.

Within minutes, ambulances and a fire truck descended into the ravine.  The paramedics shone flashlights and ran towards them. Valeria stepped aside to give them space. He saw them checking the man, giving him oxygen, and putting him on a stretcher.  A kind-eyed paramedic approached her.  She is injured.

He has cuts on his arms.  Valeria looked down and noticed that she was covered in scratches from the glass and the explosion, and that her shirt had burn marks, but she barely felt the pain, still full of adrenaline. I’m fine, they’re just scrapes. He’s going to be okay.  He is stable with motion sickness, some injuries, but nothing that puts his life at risk.

Thanks to you, he saved her life.  As they put him in the ambulance, Valeria watched him go .  She was walking back to her car after a long shift at the office, on an ordinary Tuesday that had suddenly become unforgettable. had saved a stranger.  And although that was already enough, the words he spoke kept repeating in her head.  It wasn’t an accident.

Julian wanted him to die.  Valeria didn’t say anything about that when a police officer approached her to take her statement. He recounted how he saw the car lose control, how he stopped and pulled it out, but omitted the rest.  Not yet.   He wanted to understand first what he was getting himself into . Later he drove behind the ambulance to San Gabriel Hospital.

She told herself she just wanted to make sure that man was okay.  It was the right thing to do after risking her life for him, but deep down she knew it was more than that. There was a mystery, and she had an instinct to solve it. The hospital smelled of disinfectant and floor wax.  Under the cold fluorescent light, Valeria approached reception.

Excuse me, I’m looking for information about a man who was brought in a little while ago from a car accident.  I took him out of the vehicle.  The nurse looked up and her expression softened. Ah, so you’re the one the paramedics mentioned. The unsung hero.  He’s in room 12. The doctor says he’ll be fine.

He’s getting some points.  Can I see it? It’s family. Valeria hesitated.  No, but I rescued him.   I just want to make sure he’s conscious.  The nurse looked at her for a few seconds and nodded. Okay, but don’t take too long.  He needs to rest. Valeria walked down the hallway and gently knocked on the door before entering.
